Delivery

All orders placed will be shipped on our DHL Express courier service. Orders placed before 2pm GMT will be dispatched on the same day, provided there are no issues with the order. Any orders placed after 2pm GMT will be dispatched on the following working day. Orders placed at weekends and on public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

Please note, ASCENO are not responsible for any unanticipated delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. Estimated delivery timeframes can extend when customs require further information.  Customers are asked to respond in a timely manner to all questions from DHL or Asceno’s Customer Relations Team in order to deliver your shipment.

UK

Fast Next Day Delivery and Free Returns. Note, Orders placed on Fridays before 2pm GMT will be delivered on Monday. Orders placed on Fridays after 2pm GMT will be dispatched on Monday. DHL deliveries are Mon-Fri.

EUROPE

If your parcel is being delivered to an European address, it will be liable for Custom Duty and Local Taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the purchaser and payable at checkout.  Please note, Duty and Local Taxes fees are non refundable. Customers can submit reimbursements for tax paid on returned orders directly with their local tax authority.  In the event that DHL contacts a customer to pay for tax/duty before delivery of a parcel, please contact Asceno customer service at concierge@asceno.com and do not pay for this additional bill.

USA

Taxes and duties will be pre-paid for you with no additional charges. Orders over $800 USD are likely to take additional processing time at customs and on occasion, US Customs may have additional checks.  From time to time, US Customs requires the customer to provide their SSN as part of their clearance procedure.  Customers are asked to provide this information promptly to DHL via their online link when prompted, or to Asceno Customer Relations in order to expedite the customs clearance.  If a customer chooses at that time not to provide this information, all shipping charges including return shipment and any holding charges incurred will not be refunded.

REST OF WORLD

We aim to dispatch in 4-8 business days orders using our monogramming service.
