Delivery
All orders placed will be shipped on either our DHL Express courier service within the UK, or FedEx service for International orders. Orders placed before 2pm GMT will be dispatched on the same day, provided there are no issues with the order. Any orders placed after 2pm GMT will be dispatched on the following business day. Orders placed at weekends and on public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.
Please note, ASCENO are not responsible for any unanticipated delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. Estimated delivery timeframes can extend when customs require further information. Customers are asked to respond in a timely manner to all questions from FedEx or Asceno’s Customer Relations Team in order to deliver your shipment.
Asceno now charges for return shipping charges worldwide if a customer seeks a refund. This charge will match the initial outbound freight charge listed below. Please see more details on our Returns.
UK
Fast Next Day Delivery and Free Returns. Note, Orders placed before 2pm GMT will be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed on Fridays after 2pm GMT will be dispatched on Monday. DHL deliveries are Mon-Fri.

INTERNATIONAL
For all international orders, customs and duty to the respective country will be calculated at checkout for the destination country and payable as part of the transaction. All orders are shipped with duties and taxes paid, customers will not have to pay anything additionally to receive the package. In the event that FedEx contacts you about additional charges, please contact concierge@asceno.com before making any additional payment.
Please note, Duty and Local Taxes fees are non refundable. Customers can submit reimbursements for tax paid on returned orders directly with their local tax authority.
All international shipments will be dispatched on FedEx International Priority service. This service delivers in 1-3 business days from the date it dispatches, provided there are no additional delays with customs clearance.

Delivery time frames exclude any length of time delayed with customs. When import delays occur, we ask for the customers prompt communication with the courier to clear the goods.

MONOGRAMMING SERVICE
We aim to dispatch in 4-8 business days orders using our monogramming service.

MANAGING YOUR DELIVERY
To ensure that your ASCENO pieces arrive with you safely, all of our parcels require a signature on delivery.
Once your order has shipped, our shipping partners, DHL or FedEx, will send you an email and/or text letting you know when to expect your parcel. If DHL On Demand Delivery is available in your location, there will be a link to customise your delivery. This service offers you the freedom of receiving your ASCENO pieces in different ways.
Signature Release
If you are not going to be home at the time of delivery, but would still like it to be delivered on this day you can authorise DHL to deliver your parcel without a signature.
Please note that by selecting this option, ASCENO and DHL/FedEx cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that may occur once your parcel has been delivered.
Leave with a Neighbour or your Concierge
If you are not going to be home at the time of delivery and would like your neighbour to take in the parcel, please select this option and provide DHL with their name, house number and any other information that the courier may need.
If you have a Concierge, please select ‘Leave with Leasing Office / Security Guard’ and provide any other information that the courier may need.
A signature will still be required with this option.
Service Point or Locker
If it is more convenient for you to collect your ASCENO parcel from a DHL Service Point or Locker, DHL will suggest their points nearest to you. Please then confirm which DHL service point you will collect from and DHL will contact you when your parcel is ready to collect.
