Asceno at Home

With the winter nights now firmly upon us we are excited to introduce a new event series, 'ASCENO at Home'. Only right to start the series was our founder Poppy Sexton-Wainwright who hosted at her home in South West London and invited a small group of close friends to celebrate the launch of the AW24 Collection. 

Classic warm autumnal tones form the colour palette of the newest collection, featuring shades of chocolate brow, sage green and persimmon orange/ red alongside a classic ivory. These simple silhouettes make the perfect outfits for an intimate dinner at home. Feeling put together, comfortable and effortlessly glamorous.

Our lovely friends at Glassette loaned their 'continually sold-out' G by Glassette range to toast the evening; these sat perfectly next to the Butterscotch Swirl Glasses and ceramic placement cards that were gifted by India Montgomery, Founder of The Edition 94. 

Looks from the evening

A shared charcuterie board to start, Poppy's Roast Chicken with warm butternut squash and fennel salad for main; and a twist on the beloved affogato which was served in mini Haagen Daaz tubs on a silver tray to end the evening. Guests enjoyed lychee martinis and spicy margaritas; as well as champagne and needless to say all ubers were postponed!

All guests wore pieces from the collection which were styled in their own unique way - a double shirt twist from Harriet Stewart - effortless dressing for an evening at home with close friends. The night ended in laughter as guests turned over their menus to see they each had personalised poems from Tally - founder of Pinky Studio, some of the content sadly could not be repeated!
